Lynne Cartlidge ITM BA
In 1999 I became particularly inspired by the
educational approach of the Interactive Teaching Method for
teaching the Alexander Technique and began training to be a
teacher with its founder, Donald L Weed DC.
I learnt that the most powerful key to realising my
potential comes from developing a mental discipline that
takes account of how I am made to function most easily and
naturally as a whole and which I can apply in every part of
my life. I enjoy working with individuals and groups at my
teaching practise in Cardiff, and I also teach music
students at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama on
both the degree and junior music courses.
